Maracuya pulp

Cut the breast into fillets and in a frying pan with olive oil add the breast until it is golden brown.

 

 

In a pan the butter melts and the sugar and a little flour are added little by little

 

 

The passion fruit pulp is added to the skillet mixture, stirring constantly until it has a slightly thicker consistency.

 

 

This sauce is added to the breast in fillets so that the flavor is incorporated into the chicken

 

 

Accompany it with white rice and a salad of lettuce and green apple and ready to enjoy

500 gr passion fruit pulp

400 gr milk cream whipped to half a point

400 gr condensed milk

40 gr unflavored gelatin

1 passion fruit for decoration

 

Mix condensed milk and passion fruit pulp

 

 

Incorporate the whipped cream

 

 

Add the flavorless gelatine previously hydrated and dissolved. Mix very well

 

 

Take a mold and refrigerate min. 3 hours

 

 

Decorate with passion fruit
