8 peeled mature lulos.

1 cup of sugar.

2 sachets of unflavored gelatin.

1 bag of 200 g of Alquería Alquería Cream.

 

Prepare this delicious lulo dessert recipe and share it with your family:

1. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in ½ cup of hot water.

 

2. Blend the lulos, with the sugar and gelatin dissolved until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

 

3. Finally, we add the Alquería Alquería Cream and mix well. At this point if you want you can strain the preparation to remove the seeds of the lulo.

 

4. Then we put the mixture in a previously oiled mold and refrigerate for a minimum of six hours.

 

5. After six hours heat the mold a little to make it easier to unmold the preparation, and serve.

3 cups of ice

6 tablespoons of fruit syrup

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups of chopped route: banana, strawberries, grapes, mango, papaya, pineapple, melon and peach.

3 tablespoons grated coconut

2 cherries

2 waffle waffles

 

You must place 1 1/2 cups of ice in two glasses. On top of each add 3 tablespoons of syrup, the chopped fruit, 3 tablespoons of condensed milk, 1/2 tablespoon coconut grated, a cherry and to decorate you only need a wafer. In this way you will have a delicious cholado, easy and fast.

 

You can accompany this delicious and sweet combination with something that contains a little salt.
